I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a degree in Psychology, a Certified Geriatric Care Manager (CGCM), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC). Over the years, I’ve guided and inspired hundreds of individuals to set meaningful goals, develop new skills, and strengthen their ability to care for themselves and the people they love.

For more than 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others. My professional and personal experience, and as a caregiver myself, has led me to embrace growth, self-discovery, and a life filled with balance, meaningful relationships, and true joy.
When I’m not working, I find peace and happiness with my partner and family—boating, kayaking, fishing, photographing landscapes, and soaking in the beauty of Cape Cod.
