It’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or in need of guidance and new skills. Working with Cape Cod Caregiver Coach, you will gain expert guidance, curated resources, and personalized tools to also help you prioritize self-care while easing the pressures of caregiving.

As a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, I teach the 7-hour Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care (ADDC) Seminar. This is required as a pathway (for NCCDP approved professionals) to become Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) or pursue the "essentiALZ" certification via the Alzheimer's Association.
Areas of expertise are in mild cognitive impairment through the stages of dementia, home care, hospice and end of life care, customer service, stress management and personal & professional skills and growth.
